How do I register?

Registering with We7 is easy and free. You will find the "Register" link on the top right hand side of the home page. Click Register and complete the form. You will then be sent a message to confirm your email address is valid. Clicking on the link in this email will activate your account.

I have not received any sign up emails from you, why not?

The most common reasons for not receiving emails from us are:

1. Your email provider has moved our sign up email into your spam, spam email, bulk or junk folder

Many email providers, such as Hotmail, AOL, Yahoo and Gmail, filter emails before you receive them. If the email address of the sender is not recognised or is not in your address book they often mark the email as spam or junk. The email will then be automatically saved into a spam or junk folder instead of your inbox.

Please check your spam or junk folder to see if our sign up email is there. If it is, please click on our email and then the "not spam" or "not junk" link to move it back to your inbox.

2. There is a delay in the network

Sometimes there is congestion on the network or trouble with your email provider that can cause delays in you receiving our email. Please be patient, if the email has not arrived within 4 hours then please contact us at info@we7.com.

How do I sign in?

First, make sure you have registered.

You will find the "Sign in" link next to the "Register" link on the top right-hand side of the homepage when you visit the site. You will then be asked to enter your username and password.

Forgotten your password?

Go to 'Sign in' as normal, then instead of entering your user details click on Forgot password link. You will be asked to enter your email address. A new password will be automatically generated and emailed to you. You can use this to Sign in.

If the automatically generated password is not to your liking then you can change it in Your page to something more memorable.

Forgotten your username?

If you have forgotten your username please email info@we7.com with your details and we will then send it back to you.

How do I change my password?

You must sign in to do this. Click on the "Your page" link at the top of the page next to "Your playlist". Click on "Edit profile", here you will be able to change your password.
