Help Registering and signing in
How do I register?
Registering with We7 is free, easy to do and only takes a few seconds. You will find the "Register" link at the top of the homepage. Click Register and complete the form. You will then be sent a message to confirm your email address is valid. Clicking on the link in this email will activate your account.
By registering, you will be able to take full advantage of all that We7 has to offer. This includes creating personalised playlists of your favourite tracks, downloading free mp3s, receiving information on your favourite artists and much, much more!
TopI have not received any sign up emails from you, why not?
The most common reasons for not receiving emails from us are:
Your email provider has moved our sign up email into your spam, spam email, bulk or junk folder
Many email providers, such as Hotmail, AOL, Yahoo and Gmail, filter emails before you receive them. If the email address of the sender is not recognised or is not in your address book they often mark the email as spam or junk. The email will then be automatically saved into a spam or junk folder instead of your inbox.
Please check your spam or junk folder to see if our sign up email is there. If it is, please click on our email and then the "not spam" or "not junk" link to move it back to your inbox.
To make sure you receive future emails from We7, please save the We7 email address to your address book.
There is a delay in the network
Sometimes there is congestion on the network or trouble with your email provider that can cause delays in you receiving our email. Please be patient, if the email has not arrived within four hours then please contact us at info@we7.com.
How do I sign in?
First, make sure you have registered.
You will find the "Sign in" link in the top right corner of the homepage when you visit the site. You will then be asked to enter your username and password.
TopForgotten your password?
Go to "Sign in" as normal, then instead of entering your user details click on Forgotten your password?. You will be asked to enter your email address. A new password will be automatically generated and emailed to you. You need to use this password to sign in.
If the automatically generated password is not to your liking then you can change it in Profile to something more memorable.
TopForgotten your username?
If you have forgotten your username please email info@we7.com with your details and we will then send it back to you.
TopHow do I change my password?
Go to Profile, at the top of the page, then click on Edit your details. You will find here a form that you need to complete to change your password.
